[SRRA]: Technical Guidance Document Training Series - Technical Impracticability

Technical Guidance Document Training Series - Technical Impracticability will be held on:
Wednesday, February 19 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM (check-in at 8:30 AM) in the DEP Public Hearing Room, 401 E. State Street, Trenton

Program Description:
This guidance is designed to provide the investigator with recommended procedures for determining when technical impracticability (TI) conditions exist at a site. This training will provide case studies where applicable ground water standards are not achievable from an engineering perspective and describe how such conditions should be documented. The presenters will also cover remedial action permit requirements associated with a TI determination and measures that must be implemented to safeguard potential receptors.

In order to facilitate a working relationship between the Department and environmental professionals, these training sessions are open to DEP staff, LSRPs and the public. In person attendance is limited, so registration for all attendees will be on a first come first served basis.
