[SRRA]: 30-day public comment period for re-evaluation of DWQI Recommendation for 1,2,3-TCP MCL

Consistent with the DWQI public participation process, the DWQI is holding a 30-day public comment period during which the public may submit comment on the Subcommittee Reports pertaining to the re-evaluation of the 2009 Maximum Contaminant Level Recommendation for 1,2,3-Trichloropropane. The request for public information can be viewed at: www.nj.gov/dep/watersupply/pdf/123tcp-srcp.pdf.

Comments will be accepted until 5 pm on August 14, 2016. ALL COMMENTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO: watersupply@dep.nj.gov
