Upcoming Trainings on Retrofit Devices for DEIC Inspectors

Training is being offered to inspectors at licensed Diesel Emissions Inspection Centers (DEIC) for the One-Time Compliance Inspection (OTCI) that is required on all diesel vehicles after a retrofit device has been installed under the Mandatory Diesel Retrofit Program.  Sessions will last approximately one hour and provide an overview of the program, an introduction to the various retrofit technologies, and details on how to perform the inspection and complete the required paperwork.  Completion of the training is only required for DEICs that intend to perform one time compliance inspections for their customers.
