The Water
Supply Operations Element is responsible for
overseeing the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act
Program, thus ensuring that applicable Federal
and State Safe Drinking Water Act monitoring
requirements and drinking water quality standards
are met. The element is also responsible for
coordinating Drinking Water State Revolving Fund
Loan activities, supporting data management for
the Division of Water Supply and Geoscience, and implementing
the Private Well Testing Act.
