DOBI, hosted by local mayors and community leaders, is conducting a series of community forums throughout the state to offer information and direction to homeowners who have or may have recently experienced difficulty in making their mortgage payments. Previous forums have been held in Paterson, Berkeley Township, Edison, Vineland, East Orange, Trenton and Franklin Township.
