Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 17:27A-3(d)2 and N.J.A.C. 11:1-35.6(f), a public hearing will be held in Room 219 of the Mary G. Roebling Building, 20 West State Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, at 10:00 a.m. on November 12, 2009 (the "Hearing").  The purpose of the Hearing is to consider the Form A Statement (the "Form A") regarding the proposed acquisition of control of Health Net of New Jersey, Inc., a New Jersey domiciled health maintenance organization, by Oxford Health Plans LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and UnitedHealth Group Incorporated, a Minnesota corporation (collectively, the "Applicants").  The Form A was filed by the Applicants with the New Jersey Commissioner of Banking and Insurance pursuant to N.J.S.A. 17:27A-2a.

Persons interested in providing comments at the Hearing or parties interested in testifying should submit written comments or pre-filed testimony to George Dytyniak, Manager, c/o Office of Solvency Regulation, New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, 20 West State Street, P.O. Box 325 Trenton, New Jersey 08625, by no later than 10:00 a.m., on November 10, 2009.
