Revenue/Expenses/PMPM – This report shows premium and investment income(loss), medical claims expense, administrative expense, and costs per member per month. Clear delineation of premium and investment income(loss) is not stated for each reporting period, but rather, may be shown simply as revenue. The information is based on the Contracting Carrier's reports, which were considered accurate at the time reported.
 
Claims Expense/Medical Loss Ratio – This report only shows the paid claims (regardless of incurred), and the medical loss ratio by year. The information is based on the Contracting Carrier's reports, which were considered accurate at the time reported.
 
Audit Reports (of losses) – These are the reports of independent auditors evaluating the reported losses of the Contracting Carrier. Note that "loss" is defined in the statute and regulations.
