Achievement Coaches Program

Pictured below are some of the best educators from 19 New Jersey school districts who came together for the intensive, four day Summer Institute to prepare for their roles as Achievement Coaches.

Achievement Coaches

Building on last year's successful program, educators from six districts who participated in the first year developed and led peer-training sessions for the 100 new Achievement Coaches on:

  • Teacher Practice to Foster Intellectual Engagement
  • Effective Assessments
  • Using Assessment Data to Drive Instruction

Following the Institute, the Achievement Coaches will share the three sessions with peers in their home districts and in partner districts around the state.  All school districts are welcome to review and use these materials as appropriate. Please see below for available materials:
