Luisa has been teaching biology, chemistry, and advanced placement chemistry since 1989. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from St. Peter's College, her Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and has done additional graduate work in chemistry at LaSalle University and Stevens Institute of Technology.
