ESI-P Screening Materials

Supplied with Screening Kit

  • Examiner’s Manual
  • Two 3" x 5" cards (figures o, +)
  • 6 picture cards, numbered on the back, two each of duck, cup, house
  • 10 one-inch wooden cubes (same color)
  • Small red ball
  • Blue button
  • One-inch green wooden cube
  • Small yellow toy truck/car
  • 6 foot long, one-inch wide tape (to be secured to the floor)
  • Score Sheets
  • Parent Questionnaires

Supplied by the Examiner

  • Cardboard/manila file folder (to be used as screen)
  • 2 sheets of construction paper, 8 ½" x 11" (to be used as block building surface)
  • Plain white paper, 8 ½" x 11"
  • Pencil without an eraser
  • Small box to hold materials during screening, allowing easy accessibility by examiner
