Revised Prescribed Financial Report Effective for the Quarter Ending September 30, 2004

The following is the revised Prescribed Financial Report for the beginning quarter ending September 30, 2004 and subsequent school years. The report was revised to reflect the code changes to N.J.A.C. 6A:23-4.1 et. seq.
