Revised Prescribed Financial Report Effective for the Quarter Ending June 30, 2003

The following is the revised Prescribed Financial Report for the quarter ending June 30, 2003 and subsequent school years. The report was revised to reflect the addition of line items (March 23, 2003) to the chart of accounts system effective for the 2002-2003 school year.
