- Students with Disabilities (excluding the 1% with severe disabilities)

- Other

Flexibility Provisions for the reporting of data include:
- Mobility
- Minimum "n" of 20 (if there are fewer than 20 students
in a subgroup, this data is not included in the performance calculations
leading to AYP)
- Minimun "n" of 35 for special education.
- Five - percent misclassification rate (5% is added to the data
result)
