Writing Sample Scoring "2"

The following  writing sample for the Writing To Speculate Prompt scored a "2" based on the New Jersey Registered Holistic Scoring Rubric.  

This sample displays numerous mechanical errors and spelling mistakes. It doesn't tell a story, nor does it develop a conflict. There is repetition in the details. The transitions are unsophisticated, and there is no compositional risk shown (no dialogue, simile, metaphor, allusion, etc.). There is also no lesson learned in the story.
