Opening Doors to Opportunity – A multi-sensory, multi-racial, multi-ethnic commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Brown vs. Board of Education decision. Registration and continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Open to administrators, faculty, board members, middle-school students, and the general education community.

Location: Richard Stockton College - A Wing Lecture Hall.

8:30 am – 12:00 pm

May 13, 2004 Conference with Julian Bond, Chairman of the NAACP. Students and teachers are welcome and encouraged to attend.
May 17-20, 2004 New York University - Brown Plus Fifty: A Renewed Agenda for Social Justice
May 20, 2004 Conference with Cheryl Brown Henderson. Mrs. Henderson is the daughter of Oliver Brown - the man listed in the landmark Brown decision. Mrs. Henderson will discuss her father's legacy. Students and teachers are welcome and encouraged to attend.
May 26, 2004 Hearing Student Voices – A commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Brown vs. Board of Education decision. Registration and continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Open to administrators, faculty, board members, high-school students, and the general education community.

Location: Willingboro High School, 20 Kennedy Way, Willingboro, NJ.
