NCLB and Data

New Jersey Department of Education's No Child Left Behind (NCLB) web site is extensive and current. The No Child Left Behind (NCLB) federal legislation was signed into law on January 8, 2001. (Go to http://www.ed.gov/legislation/ESEA02/ for the NCLB P.L. 107- 110). 1. Increased Accountability for Results,
  2. Increased Flexibility and Local Control,
  3. Expanded Options for Parents, and
  4. Emphasis on Teaching Methods that are Proven to Work
