How does it relate to other standardized assessments?

The GEPA is different in at least three ways.

First, the test questions are tied directly to the new content standards and skills that students are expected to know by eighth grade.
Second, test results are an indication of the progress your child is making toward meeting the new curriculum standards.
Third, the information learned from the test can help teachers and schools provide a better educational program tailored to meet the specific needs of individual children.
