Practice - Using the Work Space

Now that you've viewed the video and read the Guidance section of this module:

1. Decide what teaching points you want to emphasize during this portion of the lesson.
2. As the class engages in this part of the lesson, focus on one teaching point (phonics skills, capitalization, sentence structure, etc.).
3. Use the upper part of a large piece of chart paper as demonstrated in the Using the Space video segment as needed for "scratch" paper. As you see a need to "work through" the construction, from a specific teaching point you want to address or as the need emerges, use the upper part of a large piece of chart paper as demonstrated for your work space.
