Practice - Making Connections

Now that you've viewed the video and read the "Guidance" section of this module:

• Have students review what they learned in the prior knowledge activity they completed. (See the Activating Prior Knowledge portion of the Motivation and Background Knowledge module.)

• Then use the Text to Self Connections, Text to World Connections, and Text to Text Connections posters as part of a class discussions to help students make connections with the topic.
