About State Assessment Registration Submission
NJ SMART will collect PARCC, ACCESS 2.0, and DLM Registration information through the Official State Assessment Registration Submission that will begin in October of 2016. The State Assessment Registration submission is required for LEAs that have students taking the PARCC, ACCESS 2.0, and/or DLM assessments within the current school year. For the 2016-2017 School Year, students that enter at any time during the submission period must be submitted to SID Management within NJ SMART first to allow these newer students to be accepted by the State Assessment Registration Submission.
