N.J.A.C. 6A:9-16.2 (b) The Advisory Committee shall be comprised of 10 members including three principals, three chief school administrators, two supervisors, one teacher, one higher education representative, and one board of education member. The members shall be appointed by the Commissioner of Education. Members of the State Advisory Committee of Professional Development for School Administrators members will serve for a period of five years beginning in September 2003. The Commissioner will solicit nominations from the major professional associations for their respective members. The Commissioner or his or her designee shall serve as ex-officio member on the committee.
