A number of individuals who spoke during the January 21, 2009, public testimony session also provided written comments from other members of the public. Because the other members of the public did not formally testify before the State Board, their comments are not posted on this site but have been forwarded to State Board members and department staff. Also, a number of people testifying provided additional research-related materials that are not included within.
