    Presentation on "Guidance for the Implementation of IDEA 2004"

    These slides accompanied presentations by John Worthington, Coordinator of Policy Development, to directors of special education from school districts and charter schools in July and August of 2005. It highlights the provisions of the June 3, 2005 guidance provided to school districts and interested agencies and organizations with respect to implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004 in New Jersey.
