A key component of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics is the development of fluency in arithmetic facts and in computational fluency beyond arithmetic facts.  This webinar discusses how to design instruction to help students of all skill levels, including students with disabilities,  achieve success in mathematics by facilitating fluency and automaticity.
