New Jersey Adult Education

Candidates, Graduates and Parents

The pre-2014 GED test was a paper based assessment graded by scoring companies. The GED Access Codes were part of the NJ Department of Education (NJDOE) Scoring Vendor's technology. GED Access Codes provided to people before January 1, 2014 are no longer useable on the www.ged123.org webpage. Students who have tested after January 1, 2014 on any of the approved tests will be provided an Access Code in order to provide verification of their diploma to schools, employers or anyone else that needs to verify their education status.  The old pre 2014 Access Codes,  and the access codes for people who tested starting in 2014  and the verification process described above will function on the NJDOE webpage starting sometime in the near future.
