VIOLENCE & VANDALISM
New Jersey schools continue to be fundamentally safe places. However, incidents of violence periodically occur in schools. The regulations at N.J.A.C. 6A:16-5.2, 5.3 and 6 establish school requirements for the prevention, intervention and reporting of incidents of violence and vandalism. Provided below are information and resources to support implementation of these requirements.
