| Statement of Effectiveness | The staff of Capitol Educational Support meets all requirements for paraprofessionals under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. The CES administrative staff consists of certified teachers in both regular and special education areas. CES has extensive experience in curriculum design and educating special needs students. The CES staff is knowledgeable of all performance and content standards for each grade level and is able to make a accommodations and modifications to the curriculum for any students requiring special needs. All students involved in the CES SES programs show an average of one (1) grade level of improvement in areas associated in Mathematics and Language Arts.
