Statement of Effectiveness Jersey City Learning Consortium formerly the Cordero Community Learning Center Consortium, is modeled after the highly successful educational program offered at the Academy 1 Middle School within the Jersey City Public School System. The JCEC curriculum is fully aligned to the NJCCCS and has been delivering exceptional high quality tutorial services for at risk students since 2004. JCEC students have shown increases in educational achievement each year of the program.
