Governor Chris Christie signs legislation that clears the way for the first Gold Star Family license plate to be issued in New Jersey at the War Memorial in Trenton, N.J. on Monday, Jan. 31, 2011. The bill, S-2192, authorizes the special license plates for any motor vehicle owned or leased by a family member of a member of the armed services who lost his or her life while on active duty for the United States.
