Nomination for State Attorney General

Governor Chris Christie announced today that State Attorney General Paula Dow will step down at the end of this year to become Deputy General Counsel of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. At the end of that assignment, she will be nominated to the State Superior Court for Essex County. The Governor also announced that his Chief Counsel, Jeffrey Chiesa is being nominated to replace Dow as Attorney General.
