Enhance and develop, as appropriate, regulations, education and training, standard operating procedures, programs and “Best Practices” that promote animal welfare throughout the State of New Jersey. |

Enhance oversight of, coordination with and outreach to local and regional health departments, animal control services, municipalities, kennels, pet shops, shelters, pounds and the animal rescue community. |
