Hearing Evaluation Council (Newborn Screening)

Purpose: 
The Council was created to provide ongoing advice to the Department with regard to the implementation of the Act for Universal Newborn Hearing Screening in the State, including the establishment of a central registry for newborns identified as having or being at risk of developing a hearing loss.
