The Cape May County Cancer Coalition, also known as The Chronic Illness Coalition of Cape May, is committed to educating healthcare providers and citizens about prevention, early detection and support services to improve the lifestyle of Cape May County residents with regard to chronic disease, particularly cancer. The Cape May County Cancer Coalition is made possible by a grant from the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services’ Office of Cancer Control and Prevention.
