The Environmental and Occupational Health Surveillance (EOHS) Program is committed to understanding the public health impact of human exposure to hazardous substances in the environment and in the workplace, providing information to the public, and preventing disease and injury through the reduction or elimination of exposures and hazards. Public health assessments are conducted through a cooperative agreement with the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR).
