The mission of the Morris-Somerset Regional Chronic Disease Coalition is to prevent premature death and disability from chronic diseases such as cancer, to understand risk factors of chronic disease and to promote healthy behaviors. The main goal of the Coalition is to increase chronic disease and cancer awareness, reduce the burden of chronic disease and the impact of cancer on all residents in the region through improved education, screening and access to treatment and follow-up.
