The New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services' Hazardous Site Health Evaluation Program and Indoor Environments Program, in coordination with the federal Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry/National Center for Environmental Health (ATSDR/NCEH), began investigating mercury exposures in children and staff who had attended the Kiddie Kollege Day Care Center on Delsea Drive, Franklinville, Gloucester County.
