Asthma

AsthmaAsthma is a disease that affects the airways that carry oxygen in and out of the lungs.  Asthma can begin at any age and there is no single known cause for asthma.  While there is no known cure for asthma, avoidance of environmental and occupational triggers, use of doctor-prescribed medications, and management of other health conditions can keep asthma attacks under control.
