The Division of Family Health Services supports services for adults in the following areas:

Cancer: Outreach, education and screening services for breast, cervical, colorectal and prostate cancer.

Chronic Disease: Education, outreach and treatment services for adults with diabetes, renal failure, adult cystic fibrosis, asthma, Huntington’s Disease and other conditions.

Reproductive Health: Family planning services, treatment for sexually transmitted infections, and programs to promote healthy pregnancy.

Nutrition and Fitness: Supplemental food assistance, educational materials and websites, and community programs to promote good health.

The Office on Women’s Health coordinates initiatives on issues of special significance to women.
