Programs for Adult Health:
Men, Women & Seniors

The Division of Family Health Services supports services for adults in the following areas:

Cancer: Outreach, education and screening services for breast, cervical, colorectal and prostate cancer.

Chronic Disease: Education, outreach and treatment services for adults with diabetes, renal failure, adult cystic fibrosis, asthma, Huntington’s Disease and other conditions.

Reproductive Health: Family planning services, treatment for sexually transmitted infections, and programs to promote healthy pregnancy.

Nutrition and Fitness: Supplemental food assistance, educational materials and websites, and community programs to promote good health.

The Office on Women’s Health coordinates initiatives on issues of special significance to women.

Visit Seniors and Caregivers to learn more about resources and programs for these populations.

Visit Health-related programs to learn more about smoking cessation services, substance abuse treatment, mental health services and disability resources.
