For Children Ages 3-17

If your child is between the ages of 5 and 21 needs help with daily life challenges or with developmental concerns, contact PerformCare at 1-877-652-7624.

PerformCare 

Families of children 3 and older can receive also referrals for assistance from Project Child Find, an initiative of the Office of Special Education Programs at the state Department of Education. Call 800-322-8174 for more information. Services for older children are typically provided through the local school district.

If you or your child are an adult with disabilities, including autism, contact the Division of Disabilities Services at 888-285-3036 for information on programs and services for which you or your child may be eligible.
