The New Jersey Department of Health promotes its PMD awareness campaign through various methods, including partnering with publications and Web site that target women trying to conceive, pregnant women and new mothers. One of those partners is, which distributes monthly e-mails created by NJDOH to its subscribers. You can read these e-mails below.

  • June Newsletter Support groups can be particularly helpful for women suffering from PMD.
