Lead Compliance Assistance

In New Jersey individuals involved in the evaluation or abatement of lead-based paint must be permitted by the DHSS and evaluation and abatement contractors must be licensed.  Individuals are permitted by the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and contractors are licensed by the NJ Department of Community Affairs (DCA)
