Mold Compliance Assistance

Currently, in NJ, there are no specific regulations pertaining to the inspection for or abatement of mold.  When hiring a company to inspect or abate mold, it is recommended that you educate yourself on the subject.  Consumers should be aware of abatement techniques and technical terms related to the evaluation/risk assessment and abatement of mold. For more information, please refer to the Technical Assistance Resources: Mold page.

If you require additional assistance, please refer to the Indoor Environments Contacts  page.
