This Program promotes public health workforce development and houses projects that advance core and leadership skills and prepare the local public health workforce to address emerging public health concerns. It solicits, publicizes, and evaluates training programs, and manages the New Jersey Learning Management Network, a sophisticated web-based tool that provides access to discipline-specific and competency-based public health workforce continuing education in accordance with the Public Health Practice Standards of Performance, N.J.A.C. 8:52.
