Health and Senior Services Commissioner Heather Howard will join Capital Health tomorrow for a joint press conference to discuss the administration of the vaccine and who will receive it.  Capital Health is among the first hospitals in the country and one of only a handful of medical centers in the state to receive the vaccine for H1N1 flu.
