PHEN was created by the Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Program
of the New Jersey Department of Health in order
to link sexual health professionals and programs across the state.
NJ PHEN provides easy access to information and resources, as well
as the opportunity to share ideas and develop collaborative STD prevention
and education projects. The goal is to support and expand the STD prevention
efforts of the wide range of organizations in New Jersey that focus
on sexual health issues.
