  • Describe the requirements of the United States Department of Transportation special permit DOT-SP 14599 for transport of nonhazardous materials as Biological Substance, Category B
  • Indicate to whom shipments will be made in real scenarios and in the upcoming exercise
  • Describe the documentation required when transporting Biological Substances, Category B to the public health laboratory by hospital courier.
