Volume Requirements: Collected in serum separator tubes, 2-5ml.
Storage Temperature: Store serum between 2-8C if testing will take place within 2 days. If specimens are to be kept for longer periods, store at -20C or lower. Do not use a frost-free freezer because it may allow the specimens to go through freeze-thaw cycles and degrade the antibody.
Transport Requirements: Ship refrigerated specimens on ice packs to maintain 2-8C. Ship frozen specimens on dry ice.
