Mission Nutrition: Planning Grant Final Evaluation Report, December 2008 [pdf 2mb] 1/12/2009
Mission Nutrition was a three-year grant project to improve the state's senior nutrition program, making it more cost-effective and more attractive to diverse populations. It also enhanced nutrition screening and referrals from the aging and disability services network. This report is the abridged version of the project's final evaluation.
