Program Description:

M.O.R.T (Mt. Olive Robotic Team) University:



Mt. Olive High School participates in FIRST (For Inspiration and Research in Science and Technology). FIRST inspires

students to be enthusiastic about engineering by having student groups build robots and participate in competitions.



Mission:

Professors from County College of Morris created M.O.R.T University to prepare students for building the robot by

providing them with the technical skills training, computer programming and mechanical design applications.



Goal:

Students learn programming on BASIC STAMP microprocessors and develop machine tool and fabrication skills.



Objective:

Students are prepared to build a robot for the competition
