Woodbridge Developmental Center
Woodbridge Developmental Center, established in 1965 as a residential facility for persons with developmental disabilities, sits on a 68-acre campus in Woodbridge, Middlesex County. Its census on December 1, 2010 was 370, and the average age of its residents was 52.The Woodbridge campus encompasses a total of 25 buildings, including 18 residential cottages and a health services center. A multi-purpose building contains a privately-operated restaurant for both staff and residents; a recreational and entertainment center; a meeting room for large crowds; and therapy rooms.
